The annual Yerba Buena Gardens Festival will have it’s official kick-off for 2024 on Saturday, May 4th from 1 to 3:30 pm featuring the phenomenal vocalist/percussionist Pedrito Martinez (photo-Luis Medina) and his group! Cuban rising star La Dame Blanche will be opening up the show.

Be sure to keep listening to Con Sabor every Saturday evening from 9 to 11 pm except on the last Saturday of the month when Emiliano Echeveria and Radio Cuba Canta sits in for me. Part one aired last night, December 9th and the second part will be aired between 9 to 11 PM PST next Saturday evening, December 16th.
