Gig Alert: Cabanijazz Project start March 2023 with a bang with Latin Jazz Series!

Tonight!.…The 2nd Annual Cabanijazz Project Latin Jazz Series will start their 2023 season today-Saturday, March 4, 2023 starting at 5:30 PM to 9:30 pm at the Del Cielo Brewery, 701 Escobar Street #A in Martinez. The Cabanijazz Project performs a fresh take on danceable Latin Jazz and Salsa under the direction of Grammy award winning conguero/composer Javier Cabanillas. The band will feature special guests: renowned LA based trombonist Francisco Torres, the dynamic Christelle Durandy on vocals and a local high school student will join the band on stage representing the next generation of musicians. World Salsa Radio founder Felipe Martinez “DJ El De La ClaveSF” will provide the music during the set breaks.

Yours truly, Luis Medina from Con Sabor on KPFA and Sabiduria Con Tumbao on WorldSalsaRadio.com will be your Master of Ceremonies for the evening. The event is free to the public and family friendly. This will be the first of 4 quarterly Cabanijazz Project Latin Jazz Series for this year.
