This coming weekend…”El Principe De La Salsa”...Luis Enrique will headline the dance at the Hyatt Regency Burlingame on Saturday, April 9th. Sharing the bill with Luis Enrique will be the hot salsa of Josimar Y Su Yambu from Peru. Originally this was going to be a rescheduled date for Victor Manuelle but Manuelle’s tour was moved from early February to the end of this coming Summer but promoters JC Coral and Bosco Vega were able to book this combination in place of Manuelle. They will be announcing a date for the SF Bay Area date for Manuelle next week. Tickets for Luis Enrique and Josimar are still available at Ticketon.com.

There’s a rumor circulating on social media that the popular Bay Area group Avance may be reforming according to a recent Facebook post by vocalist/co-leader Armando Cordova. The post indicated that the group’s four singers Cordova, Jeff Cordova, Luis Morales-Guidos and Jimmy Flores are a go on the project. However, Karl Perazzo, the group’s co-leader will be going on an extensive tour with Santana this year on a double bill with RnB legends Earth Wind And Fire. Will follow up on this news as this situation develops.
