A Funny Thing happened to me on the way to make this post….

My computer crashed this week and caused quite a few headaches for me. When liquid spilled all over my keyboard last Saturday afternoon, I reacted in panic and horror. I had my computer on the dining room table (first mistake!) when I came back from shopping groceries (second mistake!). Then, I got busy making lunch (third mistake!) when I got back to my computer…there was liquid all over my keyboard!! I frantically was using a paper towel to dry the keyboard. I used my computer again and it worked!! I thought I was saved…but that was temporary! I was able to use the computer the rest of the weekend.

However, Monday morning came around and I couldn’t log on my computer because some crucial keys were stuck. I called Apple since I own a MacBook Pro and the tech tried to guide me on trying a couple of temporary fixes but I had no luck. I had to go to Apple on Tuesday to get it fixed. They sent me back home to back up my computer on an external hard drive since I have my life on that computer!!!

I came back on Wednesday and they gave me an estimate of next Monday or Tuesday. I got a text from Apple today informing me that my computer was ready!! I met with the cheerful Apple tech who informed me that there was no internal damage and that my keyboard and battery were both replaced since they are connected with each other at no charge!! So…I am a happy person although I have 4 days of work to catch up on!!! I wrote this post just to let you know that new posts are on their way, mi gente!! Whew!
